One Final Step

I/we authorise UtilityClub to act on behalf of the business named below for the purpose of reviewing utility contracts, requesting quotations, obtaining contract information and communicating with suppliers, brokers and industry parties where required. This authority allows UtilityClub to request pricing, renewal information, usage information and contract details for the purpose of providing a utility review. This authority does not permit UtilityClub to enter into any supply agreement, renewal or binding contract without separate customer approval. This authority remains valid for 12 months from the date of signature unless withdrawn in writing.
